OPFL EXPANDS REGIONAL REP DIVISION

The OPFL Regional Rep Division continues to expand as two more Centers have been added into the Regional Rep Division this week.

The Ontario Provincial Football League is pleased to announce that TNT Express and Orangeville Outlaws have been welcomed in for the 2017 Regional Rep Season. Both of these programs have long histories and success in the OMFL.

TNT Express operates out of Mel Mitchell Field in New Tecumseth and the Orangeville Outlaws will be based out of Westside Secondary School in Orangeville. Both these organizations are very dedicated not only to teach football, but also to teach the value of hard work, discipline, teamwork and respect for self and others.

This move bolsters the OPFL Club Total to 16 teams and further solidifies the OPFL Commitment to tiered football in Ontario. The Regional Rep Division will be a blend of the 4 exclusively tier 2 clubs and tier 1 clubs submitting their 2nd teams across multiple divisions. The OPFL expects to have over 35 Regional Rep teams competing in the 2017 season and 36 teams in Premier Divisions, bringing the total of participating teams to over 70 team in its inaugural season.

With teams still applying to join until January 31st, we will be announcing more information about the OPFL’s Regional Rep Division in the upcoming weeks. If your teams are interested in applying, please reach out to us at [email protected] .
