OPFL Announces appointment of Dan Fournier as Executive Vice-President

Cambridge, ON –

The Ontario Provincial Football League announced today that it has name Dan Fournier as interim Executive Vice-President.

“The Founders and Board are very happy with the appointment of Dan, his leadership, strategic thinking and appreciation for the importance of alignment between the different stakeholders will be tremendous assets for our league in his new role,” said OPFL President, Mike Adam. “In addition, Dan understands how critical it is to focus on the short and long-term process of growth and development of our membership, and that will positively impact our organization.”

Mr. Fournier brings extensive management experience of football organisation, most recently as Director of Football Operations and Chair Policy and Procedure Committee with the Ontario Football Alliance.
 
“We must capitalize on every opportunity to develop continue to structure and support for football played throughout Ontario.” Said Fournier. “Having spent many year serving as a football executive, I was very happy to see the OPFL take flight last year, and am now very excited to be able to contribute to its growth.”

The OPFL has also appointed Darci Prince as Social Media Manager for another term. “Darci did such a great job in helping our social media presence last year, and we are fortunate that she is back for a second term.” said Sean O’Neil, OPFL Founder.
